D&D 5E You find a magical _____, it does _____

A bonzai cabbage

The last gift from the grand druid Ichigawa to his village, this cabbage if maintained will provide the villagers with a fresh cabbage to eat everytime it is pruned. However, if they ever take more than they need the magic will be lost and it is feared that the spirit of Ichigawa will haunt the village afterwards.

The Cloak of Reflection is so dazzlingly bright and shiny that it reflects damage from lightning, radiant and fire sources. While attuned, the wearer is resistant to lightning, radiant and fire damage. The wearer can still save for an additional half damage where applicable. In addition, any such energy reflect off the cloak and back in the direction the energy came from. If damaging energy was directed at the wearer by another creature, that creature must now save versus that same effect if the creature is still within range. In bright light situations, all creatures within 30 feet of the wearer must avert their gaze or be subject to the blinded condition.

Next Item: a velvet lined leather belt pouch
Pouch of Creature Comfort: A small pouch just big enough for a tiny animal and is incredibly comfortable inside, even in the middle of battle. Placing a tiny bit of food in the bag during a long rest will attract a random local tiny beast to take up residence in the pouch. You can also capture a tiny beast and place it in there, but it takes 8 hours for it to calm down and make it it's home. While in the pouch, the creature is charmed by the wearer as if by the animal friendship spell. It is also protected from any effect that does not specifically target it. Any creature (including you) attempting to harm or forcefully remove the animal while in the pouch must make a DC 13 charisma save or be charmed by it for 1 minute while it admires it's cuteness. Only one animal can consider the pouch a home at a time. If the animal is not fed for 1 day it will vacate the pouch, losing all of the benefits but leaving the pouch open for another one.

If you attune yourself to the pouch. You can cast animal messenger, speak with animals, and locate creature on the resident at-will. After 1 week you can verbally communicate and understand the creature as if under the speak with animal spells; it will also follow your verbal commands to the best of its ability, even in combat. The creature also stops aging and it will be automatically resurrected if it dies outside of the pouch. The animal will wake up in the pouch with a new body 8 hours after it died, though it will not remember anything from 1 hour before it died.

Next Item: A massive shoe big enough to stand in.

It's a boot of invincibility, sized for a fire giant. The wearer is immune to all damage, and all diseases and poisoned are paused while within it. Additionally, they no longer need to breathe, but must eat and drink, and it has the mobility issues associated with wearing a boot sized for a giant. Luckily, when not in use it folds down to a size and weight convienent for travel, but you do not benefit from its abilities.

An empty Wine bottle

This bottle has the property that, if you blow across the top with sufficient skill it sounds a musical note of great beauty and clarity that carries through air, water and even solid rock for up to a mile. The tone has no magical effect but it can be used for sounding a signal much in the way that a hunting horn might be used in a forest, except that this works underground too.

Next item: a ten-foot pole with a rat skull fixed to one end

a ten-foot pole with a rat skull fixed to one end

Periscope of the Rat: This pole grants the wielder the ability to sense through the skull of the rat mounted on its end. All five senses are perceived by the wielder as if the wielder was at the other end of the pole. If the wielder does not have darkvision already, the periscope grants Darkvision 60', but only through the eyes of the rat skull. Also, wielder has advantage on perception checks involving smell while sensing through the rat skull. If the periscope of the rat is attuned to a sorcerer, wizard, or warlock, the periscope of the rat can be used as a spellcasting focus.

Next Item: A Wooden Rake

A Wooden Rake

When the rake is lain on the ground, it duplicates across a 20 foot square surface. Anyone stepping into the area must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature steps onto one of the rakes' teeth, causing the handle to fly up and smack the creature in the face. Once smacked, a creature's speed becomes 0 until its next turn.

Next item: A mummified rat

The Rat of Soiled Conscience.
When the mummified rat is held by a creature that has committed an evil deed in the past 24-hours, the rat squeaks out the word "sinner!" again and again.

When attuned to this item, your own bite does damage equal to the dragon type of the tooth's original owner. The DM will tell you what that is, or he/she may elect to let you roll on the table below.

Note that your bite does the damage of a dragon, not the 'to hit' chance and it is highly unlikely that a character is proficient in a bite attack. You may add your Strength modifier to your 'to hit' roll though.
