a silver pendant with a flaming bunny figurine
This is rumored to be somehow connected to the Deadly Bunny Rabbit described in the story of Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Even the Wisest of the Wise do not know the truth of this matter.

(When I get a good night's rest I'll add some useful details.)

A pair of steel-toes shoes

These shoes are rumoured to be a cursed item that when worn the unfortunate person has his mind and soul controlled by a powerful lich. The victim will then slowly transform into a golum and make it's way to the lich's tomb. There he will serve eternally as a guardian slave.

A single, unmatched shoe. It causes one target to flee from you.

Not fair, what happened to my flaming bunny pendant?

I'll play

This silver pendant displays the stylized head of a white rabbit, surrounded by pink and blue flames. The Pendant can be used to summon a great mechanical golem-like guardian. The golem has the following statistics:

AC: 18
Movement 30 (see below)
HP 100
Saves: +3 all saves

On its action, the golem can take one of three actions:

Blasting: the golem sprays an area with blasts of force out of its hands. Area: 5 foot radius. Range 30 feet. Dmg 2d6. This attack is not particularly strong but it does not miss, and is usable twice a round.

Movement: on top of its normal movement, the golem can take a great flying leap (as a dash) with a speed of 60.

Defense: The golem creates a wall of force in front of it, 10 by 10 feet. This wall moves with the golem and lasts until the beginning of its next turn.

The golem remains 10 minutes or until dismissed, and can be summoned once a week. It is animated with the soul of a young woman who speaks with a strange accent and has a lot of attitude. The golem will obey orders but show a lot of initiative in defending the owner of the pendant.

Lastly, the golem can be ordered to initiate a self destruct sequence. The golem will begin to swell and crackle with energy. One round later, it will explode in a great blast, inflicting 12d12 in a 50 foot radius. Should this be done, the golem will not be summon-able for one year and a day.

I hope this is okay ;)

A steel screwdriver with a wooden handle that emits a low buzzing noise

The Ultimate screwdriver

This screwdriver is a must have for any tinkerer. It magically changes size and shape to fit any screw it is touched to. It then unscrew or screws (users choice) hat screw in less than a second. Advantage on all checks with the Tinkers kit.

A flat, smooth piece of obsidian, roughly a foot square.

The Disdainful Pink Dots of Princess Coldheart
Princess Coldheart was so haughty, vain, and condescending that her disdain of others congealed into three round pink wafers left behind when she passed away. Each of these wafers may be hurled at a creature, and may adhere to the target's forehead causing the creature's self-worth and other's opinion of it to diminish. To utilize a wafer, make a ranged weapon attack (with proficiency) on the target creature. On a hit, the wafer adheres to the creature's forehead for 1 minute, after which it drops off. For the duration, the creature suffers these effects:

  1. WIS and CHA each decreased by 2.
  2. WIS and CHA saves against the creature's spells and abilities made with advantage.
  3. The creature must make a DC 15 CHA check for an order or suggestion to an ally to be effective.
After a dot has been successfully used, it cannot be used again until is has been in the possession of a creature for a month during which time the creature insults at least one other creature per day (to their face). The insulted creature must be one who will take the insult seriously. A creature may only be recharging one dot at a time in this way.

A large section of one side of this piece of obsidian seems even more highly polished than normal. When this section is tapped twice, an image of a rectangular grid of small runes appears on the surface, representing the Elven alphabet and the numbers zero through one. The owner of this device can use it to make a check to recall information by tapping the runes to write out questions, even if they don't possess the relevant skill. The device always provides answers, although not always truthful or accurate ones.
If the DC of the check in question would be 15 or less, the device automatically provides full, accurate answers. For a more difficult question, the owner of the device must make an Intelligence check vs. the DC of the information to successfully acquire the answers they seek. If they fail the check by 1 or 2 the answers given are incomplete, somewhat inaccurate or both. If they fail by more than that, the answers are either wildly inaccurate or flat out wrong.

The Wand of Furballs has 7 charges and recharges at dawn. As an action, you can expend one charge to cast the Furball spell at a point you can see within range.

The range is 150 feet. Each furry creature in a 20-foot radius sphere centred on that point must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the target is incapacitated for 1 round while it licks itself all over.
