Big Finish has several variations. Somewhere around #130, they put a new theme in for the 8th doctor regular adventures. Then there's the 8th Doctor side series itself.
"The Rapture" episode had several club-dance versions of the theme.
Eric Winstone and Don Harper both have their versions.

So, if Big Finish doesn't count as "official", their new 8th doctor theme.
Otherwise, I'll go Winstone.

Ive always loved the theme from the TV movie. Nice orchestral re-visioning, had a powerful, epic sound to it.
