Conjurations and Zones are separate concepts. When you compare one to the other... they're different.

Conjurations and zones are a set of classification that encompass a varying set of effects. They are defined by their effects and by their effects only. It is such possible to define them in relation to each other by the difference in their effects.

If you're saying that I did not do that, you're lying.

I've read the definitions. What does a conjuration have to do with a terrain feature?

What does effects that encompass a square have to do with a terrain feature?

Terrain == "effects that encompass a square". Such your final question reads

"what does terrain have to do with a terrain feature?"

Asked and answered, read the thread.

This is not a very helpful response. The thread has become convoluted in semantic arguments and logic debates.

Can you please clarify?

Its on the first page of a four page long thread. A helpful response should not be necessary.

Edit: Its worth noting its on the first page of a four page long thread that the question asker has already posted on.

The blocking of line of sight, while listed, is immaterial.
Is this the Asked and Answered part you are talking about? It's not clear, nor is the follow up two paragraphs, where you basically repeat that it's immaterial in your own opinion.

I just asked you to clarify, you don't need to be that way.

I think it would be healthier for the game for the hindering terrain rule to apply to a lot of these effects. I only wish that standpoint were being argued in a more constructive and civil way.

And I definitely respect any ruling that it not work by the rules as written. By intended? Don't know. By what's best for the game? Very much don't know.

Probably a rule that you only take damage once per round from any particular effect would solve almost every problem I have with the situation (and with blood pulse).

No, the following paragraph explains why its immaterial to the rules. Unless there is some reason that the argument is not true.

Do not be one of those people who dismisses an argument with "but that is just your opinion", you'll just be deceiving yourself
