It's more like racism helper. It adds moral justification and systematic endorsement of it to the game.
Same with people. People are a racism helper, but we're not advocating getting rid of people from the game.

What you are doing is confusing the tool with the people involved who are using the tool. A knife can be used to cut rope, whittle wood, cut food, make notches in wood to allow something else to fit better with it, and much more. Or you can murder someone with it. You're sitting here saying that just because someone can use the tool incorrectly, it has to be gotten rid of. That's bupkis. You have to solve the people problem, because the tool is just the tool. It can be used or misused like any other part of the game.
You can murder all the orcs you want because they are bad people and evil is in their nature, says the game with the help of alignment.
You murder all the orcs you want to because <insert justification here>. Alignment isn't necessary for that.

I am calm. The market is evil. Capitalism is evil.
No, its not. Plenty of people make great livings for themselves of a free market. It's not just the uber wealthy and homeless you know?

Capitalism is simply private ownership of the means of production and a reliance on a free but regulated market. Socialism is State ownership of the same. Neither is inherently Evil or Good.

I'm not going to get into this argument.

I will say though that no one has ever seen a female or juvenile orc in my campaign world. They aren't naturally born creatures any more than gnolls for my games.
That's your setting. I doubt most settings do that, though.

And that turns your orcs into, effectively, constructs.

While that may be your answer, it most certainly isn't mine. Being LN, those being rude and blanky are breaking the rules of the establishment. Agarys is going to be against that and say or do something if he can, or go get the sheriff if he can't. If the PCs stand up to the gang, he may or may not side with them as vigilantism is probably also something he's against. It depends on what they do.
All your lawful neutral characters are going to react the same?

Talk to non-white gamers about orcs sometime.
I've played with multiple black gamers who have had and still have no issue with orcs. The orc issue is a personal one, and one which really has nothing specifically to do with alignment. The lore has more to do with that than alignment does. You can get rid of the issue with orcs entirely while retaining alignment.

Different games will handle these things differently, I'm not saying one way or another is right or wrong. I am saying that discussions on this topic gets threads shut down so I'm not engaging.

Have a good one.
