Yep, you can use me for an example. I have never been a big fan of Captain America, even long before the movies were made, so those films rank lower on my list than they would on the lists of a lot of other people.

I also was never a big Captain America fan in the comics. Ironically, for me, the movies (and Chris Evans’ portrayal of him) made me a fan of the character.

The character the MCU changed my perception of is Antman. Never gave a rat's a*** about him in the comics. Either version. But one of my favourite characters in the MCU.
Yeah, Rudd's and Peña's charm (overall really solid cast) and the writing really getting into the fun smaller scale (ha!) worked remarkably well. Great moments like the Boys Weird Tale creepy underground with the ants scenes, or the awesome/hilarious musical interlude joke in the falling briefcase... Very fun movie.

Yes. Ant-Man and Ant-Man and the Wasp are two of my favorite movies, Marvel or otherwise. The third one is such a letdown, and clearly suffers from not including more of the supporting cast. Seriously, how can you make an Ant-Man movie without a scene with Luis recounting the grapevine?
I've found the third film for any single hero(s) is pretty disappointing.
