Round 3

Leaving his crossbow at the feet of the worg he had just punched out(!), Angis pulled another handaxe, taking a moment to move his targeting spell to the last worg. Then he rushed toward it, throwing a hand axe.

As Angis rushed toward the Worg, preparing his handaxe, Enseth calculated a firing solution with the help of ORB2. The radian beam crossed the battle field and hitting his target, lighted up a weak spot.

Legend
Tommi & Dandin

Tommi ran across the clearing to the trees on the other side while slinging a stone over the dead worg at its goblin rider. The goblin ducked, as it had done when Dandin had tried the same, and it lunged at Titus with its fiendish blade, stabbing the young nobleman in the thigh.

Dandin hustled up behind Drui and spoke some words of encouragement to the Dwarf. Drui had lived a long time with a great deal of sorrow that clouded his mind, but for the moment, his head was clear and he knew exactly what he needed to do.

GM: As far as I can tell, Tommi was in the right place. He'd been working his way through difficult terrain, so he may not have quite made it to where you expected him to be. He's up at L12 now. I'll come back and resolve more turns soon, sorry it's taking a bit!

Legend
Angis, Enseth, & Orb1 vs Worg2 & Goblin2

Angis dropped his crossbow and ran toward the last worg. The newly-awakened goblin on its back struggled desperately for his bow and fired a shot just wide of the running dwarf. Angis raised his handaxe to throw it as a beam of light came from Enseth's chest-lamp and seared the face of the worg. ORB2 was flitting about, distracting the worg and its goblin rider.

As the Worg shook its head to clear the spots, Angis let his axe fly and it buried itself in the wolf-creature's eye-socket, killing it instantly. The worg fell face-first onto the ground and the goblin rolled off of its back and sat on the ground looking around in bewilderment.

GM: Just tglassy and Archon Basileus to go to finish the round (well, them and the prisoners).

Uhhh... That's a crit.
Crit: 2D6 = [2, 4] = 6

Total Damage: 19. That's a very dead worg.

Legend
Titus

Titus fought on, though he was badly wounded. He could feel himself slipping in and out of consciousness, or so it seemed. Something in the dark part of his mind was calling to him, to rest. He felt as if death would be a welcome respite from the pain of his wound, but that perhaps there was something on the other side...

He shook his head and slashed at the goblin, cutting it down where it stood. The body fell to the ground and he saw it's wide staring eyes as they pierced into his soul.

GM: I'll give Archon Basileus a day or so to post, and then I'll roll the round over so everyone can get back into this game.

Legend
Location: Below the "Bump"
Encounter: Goblin Worgriders

It was then that the prisoners made a mistake: In their hasty desire to avenge themselves on their tormentor, and to help their rescuers, they gathered around the sleeping goblin and beat on him with their shovels. They got one good shot in, but the creature awoke and kicked and covered at their shovels. They were exhausted, weak, and beaten, and they did not have the strength to resist as the goblin forced them away from him and rose to his feet, drawing his long fiendish goblin blade.

The battle seemed to be dying down for the moment. But then there was a loud metallic **TWANG* followed by a series of startled yelps and cries. Looking in the direction of the sound, Dandin noticed that the last goblin had been woken up and was haranguing his prisoners. Running forward, Dandin yelled out in an attempt to distract the greenskin.

"Hey snotface! Why don't you pick on someone your own size!" He knew it was ironic that he was calling out one of small stature such as himself, but then again, Irony was one of his favorite pastimes.

OOC: Moving 25 ft. Towards the goblin, using Viscious Mockery (DC 15) save or [roll0] psychic dmg and disadvantage on first attack made in his next turn.

Tommi sees two goblins left, and with an underhand shot from his sling, charges towards the one amongst the prisoners. If he can he will make himself the obvious target for the goblin, assuming it is still standing.

OOC: Action: Magic stone [roll0]. If a hit, damage (with Sneak attack) = [roll1] bludgeoning
Move: to O11.
