It says that a bear warrior can go into bear form any time he rages or frenzy the only limit being how often you can rage. Then it says that once per day you can take black bear form (at first level). So which is it? I'm confused.

If a Druid is 11th level he can wildshape into a dire ape right? He'd get all the apes physical stats, 2 claw attacks at full BAB, 1 bite at -5, and Rend right? And he'd get this all for 11 hours? The Druid really is a combat monster.

Why is +4AC and -2 to attack a great improvement? It's the same as using a normal shield and expertise combined. It's a nice benefit, but not that great. Are there any feats coming that maybe negate or reduce that penalty?
