67. STOP...  TALKING!:
Play:  When a villian with the upper hand taunts your character.
Effect:  If the villian is within range, the character gets a partial round to shut him up with a sudden attack.
68. I SEE DIRE PORTENTS:
Play:  While the character is sleeping.
Effect:  The character recieves a dream hinting to a future event of the DMs choice.
69. IT WAS...  A NIGHTMARE:
Play:  While the character is sleeping.
Effect:  The character has a terrible nightmare, and suffers from fagitue throughout the next day.
70. Blooooooon-diiiiiiiie!:
Play:  Anytime a character is able to shoot a rope with an arrow, bolt, or other peircing projectile.
Effect:  The projectile slices cleanly through the rope, no attack roll or damage roll required (DMs discretion).
Can anyone think of a movie reference to name that one better?  
71. DUCK UNDER CLOAK:
Play:  Anytime the character makes a reflex save vs. an area effect.
Effect:  The character covers herself with a cloak on success, granting her evasion as per the ability.  If she already has evasion, she is allowed Improved Evasion vs the area effect.
72. SLASH THROUGH THE CLOAK:
Play:  Anytime a cloaked character is attacked from behind.
Effect:  The strike avoid doing any serious harm, spearing the character's cloak instead.
73. REUSABLE ARROW: 
Play:  Anytime the character is hit with a ranged, physical weapon.
Effect:  The character is able to remove the projectile from his own flesh and send it back at the attacker, if they have the means to do so, as a free action.
