A Lawful-Good (lite) paladin who has no problem about looking the other way.
"So, let me get this straight. You got into a bar-room fight and killed a couple of other patrons and the bouncer... No worries, we'll just keep you out of sight until things blow over."
Like Oh my Gawd... I had a flash back to this character this past weekend... Paladin in my current group is now doing this...

Party cleric had died and the dwarven paladin in our party had a scroll of "True Rez" on him...
So, we says to him... "Lets have one of the dwarven clerics use your scroll to get the cleric rezed".
Paladin: "No, we shall wait untill we return to Greyhawk City, where the priests of my temple can do it" (Which wasn't so bad... Unfortunately we were three weeks out from the city, and the cleric was our "porter", since he had the traveling domain.)

The party rogues answer to the dilema... to the DM: I'll pick pockets on the paladin.
After the appropriate rolls have been made...
Rogue: (holding out the scroll in front of everybody, paladin included) "Is there a cleric here who can use this here scroll to rez our cleric?"
Party: :uhoh:
Dwarven stronghold leader: "Yes, I can have our High Priest restore your fallen comrad to life"
Paladin: (continues to drink his beer)
Party: :uhoh:
High Priest arrives and begins the incantation to rez our cleric...
Everybody: "The casting time is TEN-Minutes..." :\
Paladin: "yup..." (continues to drink his beer)
Party: :uhoh:

The Humble Hero: A PC who was a fighter who wanted to be a henchman for a powerful wizard. (The player was a kid at the time.)

Just out of curiosity... what is so bad about this character type? It is a common archtype in fantasy. It's a automatic story hook for the DM. The player's don't know what to do? Have the wizard send his henchman to pick something up, check something out, etc...

Oh... just beyond the idea that the party rogue STOLE the scroll from him... and said... ummm... nothing.
or that...
The very same scroll (stolen) was used in front of him... and he said... ummm... nothing.
He be officially the monkey-paladin... See no evil, Hear no evil, Speak no evil.
