Veteran's armor is always good, but it's only level 17. Bloodiron armor is good too, +2 item bonus to AC whenever you hit a foe.

Edit: looks like you did take some armor. only changes that I would make would be to a couple of powers. I would choose hallowed ground over righteous shield(very solid still as encounter). Mantle of Glory over inspiring strike I would switch out too. It goes against will, and I think spending surges at this point is better than temp hp for one person.

full blade requires a feat.
You also may want a heavy thrown weapon, like a javlin, for extra range. Any enchantment will make it a returning weapon.
Did you buy any rituals? planar portal is still on sale for 9k.
