I haven't found a picture that's quite right yet. I imagine Terrin wearing a grey monk's robe and hood, with his chain shirt over that, and an open-faced, peaked helmet (not pictured if you prefer). His staff is just a normal wooden quarterstaff, and he wouldn't have any solar iconography. The image on his shield is of a fountain.

It's a solid stone gatehouse, with a small guardpost and menagerie. The doors go into the mountain, yes.

Okay, just to confirm, we'd need the doors open to breach the gatehouse? There's no ways to get in through or over into the guard house?

Ideas- think we should send one in the water and one in the caves as the main groups to fight, and one group to try and bluff.
Here's my first take based on a quick perusal. Face to bluff, caves for gloomstalkers and earth people. Remainder to water. If ANYONE HAS PARTICULAR RELEVANT SKILLS, please speak up. If we want two groups instead of three, that's easy to re-arrange.
Water: Loklafd (NPC), Urgan Magall (knows Loklafd, Ranged), Darius Braidon (Ranged), Bjorn Ursal (Martial Melee)
Caves: Shamal (Desert/Dao), Torhak Sonevil (Gloomstalker), Shade-9 (Gloomstalker, Ranged), Merrick (Martial Melee)
Bluff: Aywin (face), Copper (didn't want kobolds), Neurotic (face, ranged), Terrin (life cleric)

That's just an initial, not-very-well informed pass at it. Ideas???????
