Ya, it's hard to know when to use what. The main difference being that if you attacked him you probably wouldn't be targeted by the main bad guy.

Hard to say, but it wouldn't matter because there'd be nothing to concentrate on as soon as he woke up.

And again, I don't see any good character just slitting throats around

Agreed, it's not Terrin's style, but he did try to bludgeon him as he was waking up, which is almost as bad.

They are a mix. Most of them are human, with the occasional elf or half-elf. A few of the mercs are dwarves, but none that are where you are.

I think that only the guy with the Dragon Breath is an elf who is in the prison. Siobhan might have a few more with her, I would have to look.
