Dispel works just the same on perm +5 arrows as it does on GMW arrows, just doesnt last as long.

GofI is not a minor anti-magic field, unless you try to cast from outside the bubble to arrows inside, an already GMW +5 arrow wouldnt even notice the spell.

As GMW is a 3rd or 4th level spell, it would fall to a GoI. With a GoI running and DR of even 10/+1, the arrows would be all but useless...

Only if you tried to cast GMW from one side of the GoI to the other side. Since the spell is already on the arrow, the GoI does nothing. Its not Minor Anti-Magic Field, all it does is prevent 1st-4th level spells effects outside the dome from entering the dome
