Only if you tried to cast GMW from one side of the GoI to the other side. Since the spell is already on the arrow, the GoI does nothing. Its not Minor Anti-Magic Field, all it does is prevent 1st-4th level spells effects outside the dome from entering the dome

Reread the spell... it prevents the effects from affecting anything within the globe... as soon as the arrow enters it is no longer under the effects of GMW.

GoI is NOT a cross-the-line-and-fry thing it is a full area of no effect.

Yep, youre right. I blew it. But the point about stoneskin also going down does count. Thats also why you have that supply of cheap +1 arrows, and use the quiver to make +5 when the guy aint in a GofI. You just saved yourself 48,000 gp.
