If you think that is an uber build that nobody can match, you're very mistaken. Just raising the Charisma to 20 rather than taking those feats makes it much more powerful. As is, even with disadvantage from heighten, a lot of enemies will be making their saves,.
Feel free to change It. More metamagic option is stronger in my option.

Its 16 with Shadow Touched.
It's still garbage. You NEED CHA 20 to make this build work, even with Heighten (which you still seem to be powering with an infinite pool of sorcery points)
its a stealth roll against all passive perception.
No. If one enemy has a higher passive perception than the other, they may see you when the other does not. If an enemy has line-of-sight on your hiding place, they see you automatically without needing to roll, whist you may still be hidden from a different enemy.

I'll probably have a lot to say later, because this build seems to rely almost entirely on Tasha content that I do not own yet (not just the subclass, but also a custom race and several feats).

Some quick preliminary points:
  • no perception skill and low Wis on a build that is supposed to scout ahead? That's just asking to be ambushed and destroyed. Also, no darkvision? I can't see it anywhere.
  • pass without trace is not a sorcerer spell AFAIK. Was it added in Tasha, as well?

No flips for you!

No, it is not. To hide, the GM determines if conditions allow it, with the guidance that the hider must not be clearly seen. If the GM allows it, they will call for an ability check if there is a need, which will usually be against passice perception. If the situation later changes, all of this is revisited -- you may lose the ability to be hidden without a roll. A few reasons are clearly stated -- attacking, making a loud noise, becoming clearly seen, etc.

To the specific point, most of thise spells require being able to see the target, which immediately puts pressure on the not clearly seen requirement. Check with your GM.

You are completely wrong. The build Works pretty fine, no other can Challenge or compete against this.
Stealth isnt stay behind a wall. You can move silently, roll a stealth check against passive perception. If sucessful you are hidden for that creature.
Also, subtle Greater Invisibility/Invisibility is always useful.

Why not? You choose the level of your spells. Always.
The Aberrant Mind can upcast spells normally, if you have spell slots or sorcery point.
If I can a Aberrant Mind level 8, It costs 8 sorcery points.
Dude... if one interpretation breaks the game, and one does not... usually the RAI is the less broken one. You can’t upcast without spending Spell Slots.
Dude. You're the only one here who thinks that this is way too strong. When you are talking to several long time players and every one of them disagree with your assessment, maybe it's time to stop thinking that you're the only one who knows how to play a sorcerer and maybe start thinking that it's not really as powerful as you are making it out to be.
Of course he’s also the only one thinking you can upcast with Sorcery Points, and seems to have infinite points.

Psionic Sorcery allows use Sorcery Point instead Spell slots as normally.
Specific over general.

If It happens, subtle Invisibility. Good Luck now. The Aberrant Mind is Control and It isnt hard to see.
Casting subtle invisibility is a pointless waist of sorcery points (yes, I realise your character has infinite sorcery points, but the rest of us can't afford to waste them). If you are in plain sight of a guard and you cast Invisibility they will know you are invisible no matter how subtle your spell was. If you cast invisibility before the guard sees you then there is no point in making it subtle because they wont see you cast it anyway.

Of course, the most likely situation is the guard sees you because you failed your passive perception check and you are unaware of them.
