Altoids Metal Tins...

...rectangular and/or circular - what do you do with them, assuming you don't just toss 'em?

I've been using my empty Altoids metal tins to hold cardboard counters for RPGs.

So what do you use them for (RPG-related or otherwise)?

They are useful for making ultralight camping stoves and are great for non-insulated electronics projects (where insulation isn't necessary and shock hazards are non-existent)

i've known plenty of people who used them to store green things that weren't exactly mint-related!

I generally just throw them out. Several years ago I got it into my head to make an NES controllor our of one. It actually took two of which I had to cut off 2/3's of each. It was fun little novelty but was probably the crappiest game controller ever built. I finally got rid of it when the scotch tape came apart. :)

I know you mean oregano and other spices.
