I had a long drawn out reply but that sayes it easier.
Who would have expected Laura to like boxing? Nice touch.

Baltar was in the show - in a brief ceremonial scene in one of the flaskbacks. The Grumpy Celt said:I watch shows like this, that feature boxing or something similar, and I am always reminded of a line from a John Wayne movie, but I can't remember which one. Someone says to Wayne's character "It was just a friendly fight," and Wayne's character says "I've never been in one of those."
I've never been in a friendly fist fight and it seems a deeply irrational method of letting by-gones be by-gones to have people beat each other in the face.
At least they kept it bloody and Rosyln's responce was a surpise.
I was right about who would win in the Tyrol v. Adama fight. I was wrong about it in the Apollo v. Helo and Apollo v. Starbuck fight.
So, Starbuck and Apollo did knock boots, and then Starbuck bolted. Hrm...
Seems a bloody and round about way to get back to the status quo.
Did you notice, there was no Baltar or Six in this episode?
