Holy crap that was awesome. This week and last week's episodes were some of the most intense hours of TV that I've watched in a long time.

What a great episode. It did my heart good to see Starbuck and Apollo going off on a killing spree together. Nothing cuts through many episodes worth of angst, uncertainty, and depression like a little good old fashioned blood-letting.

And once again, by the end of it all the writers had me almost admiring Baltar. Amazing stuff.

I enjoyed the episode, though I don't think that the beginning of it went off very well.

The cliffhanger was amazing; the follow through was worse than anti-climactic.

I wanted more Starbuck. I guess we will see more of her and potentially a confession death bed scene to Anders. And we will see next week if Anders survives or not. Given the way things are going, I wouldn't count on him surviving.

More Lampkin! The lawyer in me loves this guy. He's my BSG "real life" hero :). With a pen, no less. Awesome.

Baltar was great, I'll give him that. It's funny how it ended up that Baltar, arguably the real traitor, is the one confessing Gaeta in the end before his execution. His resistance of the lure of sex as a soporiphic to his pain was the true sign that they Baltar has redeemed himself.

And as for Tom Zarek (Richard Hatch)? Well - he leaves BSG....for good. Not with a whimper - but a bang.

Hard to say. Maybe he got to Cottle in time. Maybe not. If not, maybe he'll be resurrected - we don't know what the Final Five are capable of.
