A player in my group really likes the idea of being a "Chosen of ___" from the Forgotten Realms (but we don't play there). So he asked me to come up with a utility power that suits Bahamut. Please let me know what you think of the power, is it too strong/weak. I'm not entirely happy with the wording so suggestions are welcome.
Scales of Justice Chosen of Bahamut Utility 26
Platinum scales surround you and your allies dampening a foe's attack. Bahamut guides the hand of your allies in seeking justice upon those that would do them harm.
Daily ♦ Divine, Zone
Standard Action Close burst 10
Effect : You create a zone of retributive magic that lasts until the end of your next turn. When an enemy hits you or one of your allies within the zone, you can reduce the damage by half as an immediate interrupt. You or your ally gains a bonus to their next attack roll against the enemy that just hit them equal to your Charisma modifier.
Sustain Minor : The zone persists.
