Crit doubling - any formula?

I was just wondering if there is any set formula for doubling damage on crits. We have a Warblade that has Battle Leader's Charge (+10 damage on a charge) and Leading the Charge (+10 damage on a charge). If he crits, does he double the 2 +10s?

Bonus damage from strikes is never multiplied. Other flat damage bonuses are multiplied.

Not that we use the class or the charge feats or abilities:

Do you have a source for that? usually a strait "+" is included in the crit multiplyer and extra dice is not.

Are the two charges able to stack?

It's stated right in the Blade Magic chapter of the Book of Nine Swords. Under the description of Strikes. Page 43, first paragraph (continued from page 42): "You do not multiply extra damage from a strike on a successful critical hit."

Now, Leading the Charge is a stance, not a strike, so its bonus damage would follow the normal rules for such. As a straight + to damage, rather than bonus dice, the extra damage from Leading the Charge would be multiplied on a critical hit.

But, for example, Assassin's Stance or Punishing Stance wouldn't be multiplied on a critical hit, because they add bonus damage dice, which are never multiplied on a crit (as described in the core rules). The bonus damage dice from a Burning Blade, Searing Blade, or Inferno Blade boost would not be multiplied, but the other damage bonus from them (the direct + based on initiator level) would get multiplied on a crit.
