[D&D Minis] What do you use/need most?

More gnomes. Bloodwars (with two of them) was a first step.

More of the basic humanoids (Orcs, Goblinoids, Gnolls etc.), more of the large humanoids/giants (ogres, trolls, hill giants), more animals, and more mounted characters...

We already get our share of "green races", and they've been churning out giants, too.

Tarrasque! :p

...actually, I'm susprised they haven't done this as one of the Icon series...

Maybe it's because it's hardly ever used? I don't know about the exact numbers, but I guess it isn't used that often.

Fighting it needs some careful planning, but then you'll be able to kill it without any personal risk (or without much personal risk).

Mini's I would like to own: 20 Orcs, 20 Goblins, 20 kobolds, 20 gnolls, 20 hobgoblins
You made me curious about how many I have of those guys - I never took stock until just now. I'm amazed what a few packs per set does over the course of a couple of years.

About 35 orcs, 30 goblins, 25 kobolds, a dozen gnolls, 25 hobgoblins, 35 skeletons, 25 zombies, 30 reptilians, 10 bugbears, and a dozen pirates. The best part is that there are several different models of each type, which is great for classable humanoids.

I don't want an Iconic Mini Slot used up by a Tarrasque. I'd rather have a dragon, Purple Worm, just about anything else.

I haven't bought a specific lot of just orcs or goblins, etc. but I have at least 40 plus orcs, 30 kobolds all kinds of skeletal undead. A themed pack does not interest me due to this.

1. Kuo-Toa: There were in one set but it was a horrible figure and it's old and out of print.

2. Races of Gith: I know we've had a few but hey, I could always use more, especially if I plan on doing "Invasion".

3. Sea Devils: A few different poses.

4. Armored Mind Flayer

5. Striges: A few different poses and actually pack them so that people can get 'em.

Things I'd like to see the end of....

Rares as characters, especially things like Mempo. Ugh.

Uh, the answer would be no.

but then again, I haven't been "keeping up" faithfully with 'em. I've been trying to catch up on the old unpainted lead.

Now I feel deep shame.

Colossal is the biggest. Gargantuan's the second, and there's a black and blue out so far.

Thanks. I have the black, which is very nice, and I saw the blue but fear it has been purchased by now.

One of each color and metal would be great.

Koa-Toa: Indeed, it would be time for another.

Gith: The last set had two (though none were your average run-of-the-mill gith): A githyanki dragon knight (Gith on red dragon - those buggers have a deal with the Red, after all) and Vlaakith, the Lich Queen of the Githyanki.

Sahuagin: Yes, it would be time for one more. The Sahuagin Ranger from Aberrations is one of my favourite figures, though.

Armoured Illithid: As weird as the concept is, we do have Shuluth, Archvillain, a mifl that's not in his jammies for a change.

Stirges: I hope we get another go at them, too, or something to compensate the stirge disaster (I understand that the thing has to be uncommon, but they should have put it into another set)

Rare characters: I have no problem with that, provided the figures look elaborate enough. But Meepo was ridiculous: Just shortly after they said they didn't want to do small rares (in the gnome discussions), they parade that little scaled rat around. But medium or larger rares that are characters? Bring'em on!
