OOC: How much would Kaleth know of Hags? I can make a roll if needed. Not sure if I would roll arcana or nature. Also how old are the children she is keeping?

OOC: Arcana roll you only know the age of Alyssa and she is 30 but don't forget they are elves.

OOC: [roll0] Kaleth is a half-elf so would I know that 30 for an elf is equivalent to 13 for a human or what the significance of 30 is?

They would be about the right age it could be a matter of days or seconds until they turn. As for your knowledge on hags you must of been distracted that day in class and only remember a few basic bits. The title Auntie signifies Enid has great standing within the hags Aunties only defer to the Grandmother. Hags are crafty, devious and will try to avoid open hostilities. They also augment there own power with magical artifacts.

"Does this hag keep her artifacts on her or are they kept somewhere else?" Kalveen asks. "Maybe we can remove some before we confront her. Though the chances are she has already fled with the children, however, my mark on the child will make it easier to track. But we might need to move quickly."

"Carry them on her that's cute a hag her age will have hundreds of such things" the elder pauses and inhales deeply before tapping his stick on his knuckles as he does the lead scout flinches."They will possibly be in her house, a hollow tree in the very center of the forest. If she isn't home perhaps you could break in. Undoubtedly though her abode will be guarded."

"I would try things peacefully first. But if she's dead set on turning the kids we may not have much time. Let's try it this way: we recruit the satyr, he seems reluctant accomplice and might take the chance to get free. We talk to the parents to find out what exactly happened. And, we find some large bugs with hives to remove. Just to see her reaction and how she behaves when legitimately thwarted. Would she threaten us or try to force us to keep to the 'real' bargain? Would she somehow avoid her side of the bargain and try to get us into new one?"

Leonan quickly counts the options on his fingers.
"The problem is of course, get to the satyr peacefully. The problem is time - when is the next full moon? Finally, do we have tentative allies in you and your people, Honored Elder? Any ideas and suggestions are welcome as is your help in getting various debtors to join against the witch."

"We will assist you the best we can but if this does escalate to open conflict we won't be of much help"

OOC: So it looks like you guys have options your forest shenanigans have taken about 1hour 30 so its still night. What's where you wanting to go first.

"Can you find other debtors to Enid and see if they would be willing to help? As discreet as you can. Starting with that satyr that takes the kids from the village.
Oh, one more question, Elder. You say Enid has many artifacts, but if she's caught outside, she will use only those that are on her person, right? Or she has some magic to draw power from them from afar?"

Turning to the group and returning to common language.
"Do you have any other idea? What can we do to better our chances?"

"She will likely have some artifact to aid her escape on her person, but yes if she is out in the woods she will not have as many artifacts about her person. The Satyr im sure we could help with that what do you want us to do with him exactly.?
