Of the 34 MCU movies, I would put Shang-Chi in my top 12.

Charismatic lead with an aptitude for comedy.
An underdeveloped villain tied to the hero in some way.
A blend of comedy and action.
Action sequences that are bloodless and fantastical.
A colourful palette
A huge action sequence at the end
Links to other films in the franchise

“In space” or whatever is just window dressing. It’s still the same movie.

To be fair that describes pretty much every Action Movie ever - James Bond, Schwarzenegger, Fast & Furious...

That will very much depend on how the XMen are integrated into the MCU and if the new Gambit actor becomes a stand out star or if he fizzles.
Some of the genius of Deadpool and Wolverine was its 4th Wall commentary on Fox essentially hitching the entire Xman universe to Hugh Jackmans star. MC kinda did the same with RDJ and Capt - which has been better than Sony hitching theres to no-one

That depends on how good he is at cleaning. Then maybe a Gambit maid movie might get made.

The only good thing in snore fest Shang-Chi was Trevor Salttery.

I agree that the movie had problems, making it one of the weaker entries in the MCU.

Yep, you can use me for an example. I have never been a big fan of Captain America, even long before the movies were made, so those films rank lower on my list than they would on the lists of a lot of other people.
