I really like primal. Especially the idea of nature spirits, and the implied spirit world.
But I also accept that not every world has that, and not every established campaign is built to take a whole new type of magic. And that many DMs have written and justified nature magic and druids in their world long ago.

Let people come up with their own fluff and flavour.

Divine in nature, primal in source.

I want them to be divine spells (similar to a cleric), but I don't just want them to be clerics in hide armor. I want them to have some unique gimmick, like a Sorcerer or Warlock. So I said a mix of both.
