Clerics of Mystra have the option of taking the Spell Domain. The 3rd level domain spell - Anyspell - allows you to insert any 1st or 2nd level arcane spell that you know (and have access too) in the 3rd spot.

My question is... does this qualify for the requirements of the ability to cast 2nd level divine and 2nd level arcane spells as part of the Dweomerkeeper prerequisites?

FYI. The Dweomerkeeper is Mystra's specialty priest (PrC) in the new F&P book...

Personally, I'd say no. That would make that spell to powerful for getting around prerequisites.

I would follow Crothian and also say no.

An arcane spell cast by a cleric via Anyspell is a divine spell. I think this works the same way as for example for the bard: a bard's CLW is still an arcane spell.
