[Delusion]

Xoranis is the first to act as he springs from his hiding spot and runs down the corridor leading into the mountain. A volley of black feathered arrows falls all around him as he nimbly dodges all of them. Nielloryn also reveals himself from his hiding spot and launches a well placed arrow in the shoulder of the fooled orc. It staggers from the blow and is quickly finished off by a blast of arcane fire from Deeboo. As Voadam ducks through the stone door, he prepares to take a swing at the nearest orc, but is caught off guard by the size of the orc he finds - a centurion! His swing misses, and the centurion catches Voadam with a solid blow from his broadsword.

"There's a big one in here! Arr!" Voadam, wounded though he is, shoves in to the side opening the way in for his companions to follow his charge, and whirls around gaining momentum with the big axe as he swings it at the big orc.

Nielloryn, high elf paladin of Tunare

After his first arrow, Nielloryn moves 20 feet closer to the door, putting the longbow back around his shoulder, and drawing his sword instead.

 

[Caliber]

Moving so he can see into the doorway, Deeboo concentrates again, this time on a torrential downpour of freezing rain. Focusing his mind, he directs the individual droplets away from his companions towards any orcs caught within the spell.

Moving to within 30 feet of the Action, Faryellin casts Minor Healing on Voadam as a free action, then releases an arrow at the evil Centurion.

"Tunare heal and protect this noble soul, and guide my arrow true".

Arrow Damage - Point Blank (1d8+1=7)

Xoranis roars a challenge to the Centurion, then charges into melee range.

Charge: +2 to hit, -2 AC

Attack #1: 1d20+10=18, 1d4+5=9
Attack #2: 1d20+5=23, 1d4+5=8

 

[Delusion]

Charging through the door, Xoranis lands two solid blows on the centurion with his scaled fists. Nielloryn makes a dash for the door and another volley of arrows rains down from the arrow slits, one of them grazing his shoulder. Enraged at Xoranis, the orc turns to him and comes dangerously close to hitting him. Deeboo calls down a freezing rain, pelting the orc with ice. Faryellin casts a healing spell on Voadam, though both of their attacks on the huge orc miss.

Xoranis laughs squarely in the Centurion's face, he then bursts into a whirlwind of attacks.

Full attack:
Fist #1: 1d20+6=24, 1d4+5=9
Fist #2: 1d20+1=9, 1d4+5=9
Round Kick: 1d20+6=9, 1d8+5=12

Hitting with his first strike and missing rather patheticly with the others, Xoranis feels perhaps his mockery of the Orc was a bit premature. Perhaps it even broke his concentration. He would have to meditate on this sometime in the future.

Nielloryn continues his dash for the entrance, hefting his shield onto one arm as he goes. "Surrender this ground or I will strike you orcs down in Tunare's name!" he declares in the Common tongue.
