Feat for Wielding Two 1-Handed Weapons

Hello everbody...
Last time in our campaign this question arised...
Is there any feat that allows a character to wield two 1-Handed weapons as light weapons (such as two rapiers or two longswords) so that you can figt as you would if your off hand weapon was a light weapon?

Circumstances Primary Hand Off Hand
Normal penalties -6 -10
Off-hand weapon is light -4 -8
Two-Weapon Fighting feat -4 -4
Off-hand weapon is light and Two-Weapon Fighting feat -2 -2
THIS feat and Two-Weapon Fighting feat -2 -2

I'm taking Oversized Two-Weapon Fighting for my character in omrob's game as my next feat. It's a good'un, especially if you want to use Power Attack with twf.

Havn't checked... does it say, that this works?

Because, if the weapons are treated as light, maybe you cannot use PA with them.

It says you take penaties for fighting with 2 weapons as if it was a light weapon, not to treat it like a light weapon

Another not-so-suitable option might be to go for the Dervish class which grants the ability to use scimitars as light weapons, so could wield two while two-weapon-fighting. Otherwise, as others have mentioned, Oversized Two-Weapon Fighting and Bastard Sword make a good combination. And I believe you can still Power Attack with those as well.
