these "techno mages" are just low level mages with some ranks in alchemy and are basically lighting off fireworks

it makes me wonder if anyone has gone to the truble of converting the techno-mage from babalyn 5. it would be a sort of engineer-mage in D&D - interesting concept. . .

It's funny you mention that - I'm currently reading "The passing of the Techno-mages", a trilogy about the techno-mages during the shadow war.

I am. Not really much to say about it. I have stuff and am definitely interested in sharing but I'm erradic at the best of times.
(OK. I'm not erratic, I'm actually just busy and internet stuff is enevitably low priority. It took me days to get around to looking at this thread again).
Having said that SL material in some kind of organized format would be great. A site for essays, NPCs, additional world material, etc.
PS. Your Vault stuff sounds great.
PPS Not to be a nudge but I don't give two licks about stuff being OGL. We're not selling products, we're not making products and I see no reason to limit creative stuff to stuff that's OGL if there's better stuff out there. So on with the Bodyguard levels, feats, etc.
(On a practical level the SL stuff you make is tied up in SSS's IP to the point that it'll never be a for-pay product. So its by-fans for-fans distributed for free and falls under fair use. Just my two pentacles)

Thanks Graf. Lets make this thing happen. Its a good point that you made. As I use the mongoose and traps & trechery stuff my self I have no problems seeing it in posts either and can probably work it into my game anyway. When you gat the chance I would love to see some of the stuff that you have come up with.

Why not just post it both ways, we all seem to have the same books, that way we can use it "as Created" until we can manage to get enough info and interest to come out with a dedicated SL book
