Alrighty, mmm a divine caster. Melee type? Bummer there goes the first idea I had... (halfling cleric of luck and destiny)... will try to get something up later tonight.

I just noticed this thread so I'm probably too late. However, I would be happy to submit a character as an alternate in case anyone bows out. Just let me know what you think and I'll be looking at some ideas. I'm considering a pompous little Half-Elven Cleric who, while meaning well, tends to degrade everyone around him in some small way for not seeing the world in exactly the same "holy" light as he does.

i'm torn between a druid and a cleric...
Odd character question, would you allow an anthropomorphic animal druid? They're from Savage Species, there are a few which don't have a level adjustment or racial HD. (Bat, Weasel, Raven)... I think it'd be sort of fun, and a definate character change.
So that's the odd thought: otherwise, I'm torn between a dwarf cleric or either a half-orc or human druid.
Will have free time tomorrow, some sort of character going up then. exhausted...

First, I don't own Savage Species, so I'll need you to fill me in on the relevant crunchy rules.
Second, I'm going to insist on a really strong background (how did this character originate, how did it come to wander the lands of men, etc.), and top-notch role-playing. You've got to expect some pretty extreme reactions, unless the character goes to great lengths to hide his/her appearance.
With that said, I look forward to seeing the character.
