Hand crossbow??

Isn't there a rule that you can't use a free action to do the same thing in the same round twice? Or something to that effect? That's a lot of free actions going on...

With that though, you wouldn't be allowed to talk twice in a round...

Whats the use of hand crossbows for rogues?

For me it's the flavour... my rogue uses hand crossbows because I thought it was kinda cool.

No free actions are limited only to a DM's judgement.

Even then, the text of Rapid Reload specifically says "If you have selected this feat for hand crossbow or light crossbow, you may fire that weapon as many times in a full attack action as you could attack if you were using a bow."

Hand x-bow description still says that you need two hands to reload it.

I know. One player already asked me whether he could throw one up into the air, reload the other one, throw it up, reload the first one... as a free action while doing a full attack action with two hand Xbows...

I had to disappoint him.

LOL .. I'm still amazed at what players think they can do in 6 seconds. But seriously hand x-bow juggleling? I bet you laughed at that one the first time the player tried to convince he could do it.

You can use any X-box in two hands but at varying penalties.

Is that true? I don't know it, I only know Playstation, and you need two hands for that

Hand Crossbow Juggling sounds like a great Feat! If your player burned a feat on it... would you let him do it then?
