D&D 5E Homebrewed Warlord on a Rogue chassis

Spend a minute talking to someone and they save vs being charmed.

I added some protection against being Charmed or Frightened and kept the max CHA to 22.

I dunno if it's enough to be a good 9th level feature?

Kind of interesting to me when I went to make martial artists for 4e based on each of the core 4 martial archetypes the one which was the best enabler for recreating a monk was .... the rogue and we have two Warlord designs in 5e threads based on those two classes.

Man, why didn't anyone told me the White Raven section was busted?

Augh... Homebrewery is cool, but sometimes it gets finicky... It looks fine on the sidebar view but it turns out the shared version is messed up somehow... Always view the shareable version before considering it finished.
