I like it, though I’m wary of a class option giving a stat bonus.

The Barbarian gets a bonus to STR and CON, but I guess that's part of the base class.

I couldn't think of anything else that would be cool aside fom sort sort of social skill expertise to put at 9th level. If you have a suggestion I'm happy to hear it.

Maybe I could still keep the 'your max charisma is now 22' thing but just without the bonus to the stat?

oh yeah... something against Charms wouldn’t be bad...maybe a bonus proficiency in a CHA skill?

Oh, I meant an ability that charms other creatures, but that too.
