How many attacks?

How many attacks can 20th level ranger with Greater two weapon fighting get in a single round? Is it 7 or is it higher!
If it is 7, then with magical help, what is the most number of attacks that a ranger of this level can have in a single round?

Or interpret the Haste description as getting one extra attack per weapon. Or go for Psychic warrior and get an additional bite attack.

It seems like if a dual wielder uses two weapons of speed, they should get an extra attack on each (otherwise it's a functionally useless weapon mod).

One thing I can think of would be to go with the Lightning Mace weapon style out of Complete Warrior (extra attack with a light mace on a critical threat, don't need to confirm to get the extra attack).

Get either Imp. Crit with Light Mace, or just put impact on them from Arms and Equipment. You would be getting either 9 attacks a round (or 8 if your DM doesn't think two weapons of speed work together) with a 10% each swing of taking additional attacks.

This also works beautifully with a Rogue.

Sadly not, I think that was FAQ or something... and the rules say it wouldn't stack either. Too bad.

Imagine a thri-kreen kensai that empowers his claw attacks with the speed quality.

Since I houserule to give hasted TWF dudes one extra attack with each weapon, this case is houseruled as well. ;)

Nice... Remind me to have you as a DM next time I power game.

Bummer. Never saw that in a FAQ. We'll probably continue to use it as we've been using it, since it's the weapon and not the person generating the extra attack. Regarding Weapons of Speed anyway.

Oh well.
