How many dice do you own?

I've probably lost or retired 100 dice over 20 years of game play. My wife just inventoried her stash: 53. And she barely plays anymore. Of course, I only travel with about 6 sets.

4 sets plus four extra dice: a d6 and 3 d10s.

The d6 is this funky-purple cylindical thing that I was given. I'm not sure where the three extra d10s came from.

This poll is a farce! Topping out at 100+, bah!

I have 48 ten sided dice alone and likely even more six sided. And if there is one thing I'm sure of it's that I don't have enough dice.

anyone know a good dice website where you can purchase them? I only have 1 set of lame white dice. I want some cool ones.

I just have one _complete_ set of 8. Though, aditedly, if something should happen and I can't find one die of the set, the set is forever tainted and I need a new set.

The remaining 7 of the tainted set are usually donated to friends who have collections. (still trying to file them as charitable tax donations though, but with little luck - IRS needs some gamers ).

I have a fair old pile, but my favourites are a couple of real bone dice. I believe made by Italian prisoners of (WWII) war. Those and my original Basic DnD dice that I had to colour in myself.

that's me in a hobby store. i leave with at least one set of dice every time.

i used to have a milk jug full of them back in 1983, no not the 1 gallon kind, the real kind that they ship from the farm

i lost count about 3 or 4 years ago. back then i had 11083. a rough estimate based on weight i would say i have >16000 now.

and i plan to buy more at Gen Con.
