D&D 5E (IC) Scourge of Daggerford

Escella swims hard for shore getting up on the rocks while her target heads off into the woods. She sends an bolt of energy at him as she stands on the shore, but it goes wide. "Probably need to use my sword to stop him," she thinks.

Move and dash to P36. The orc probably double moves putting him 90 feet away. (If there's difficult terrain, it will effect her and the orc equally.)

Titus feels uncomfortable with a big raging bear next to him so he carefully manoeuvres so that the orc is between him and the bear. The orc is distracted by the bear and Titus managed to strike him hard.
Meanwhile, Morwin does his best to distract OneEye with some awesome fluttering not far from the orc. Tommi will surely take advantage of the situation!

Vairar commands the orc chief "Hold!" in orcish hoping to stop the mighty warrior and fully aware on how his position turned dangerous with one ill move. The order is backed up by the might of his goddess...and he calls out to others.

"When this big one sizes up, pile up the hurt!"

Action: Cast Hold person Wis DC 13 or paralyzed
Move: retrieve shield

IIRC, there is no "step" move, only disengage action?

OOC: if I knew there wasn't flanking I wouldn't advance :(

As Orb 5 settles in behind the one-eyed leader, Tommi hacks at the orc with a fury that surprises himself.
"Quit. Now." he scowls, as the nimble young man readies himself for any counter-attack.

OOC: Position: I think the location of Tommi and one-eye got shifted; they should be over by S27-28?
No move.
Attack with Gutter: 1d20+5=16, if a hit damage 3d6+3=16 slashing (with SA).
Bonus: Dodge (disadvantage on attack)

Reaction if relevant and someone else comes close: Skirmisher (Scout): If someone ends their turn w/in 5' of me use reaction to move up to half speed, w/ no opportunity attack (up to S24 or thereabouts).

Round 4

“Ye go’ the runner, girl?” Angis called after Escella, watching her miss with her spell. He shook his head and sighted with his crossbow. But then one of the elven guards went down to a wolf, and he growled.

“Time fer the fun,” Angis said, dropping his heavy crossbow and pulling out his pair of battle axes, moving around to the wolf, slashing with his axes. Unfortunately, his foot slipped on some orc entrails, causing the attacks to swing wildly off course.

Following the action, Dandin sees that one orc is left next to his new friend. He watches the bear attack it and then directs it to move towards the next one so as to make sure Tutus doesn't end up on the wrong side of one of those claws. He moves up himself, trying to stay close enough to the action to stay relevant.

I'm thinking bear finishes off Orc-2 and then moves on to AA-AB, 35-36. For Dandin'tss part, just moving up a bit to keep a good angle on things, maybe towards the top of the cliff if he doesn't need to be right next to the bear.

"This caster is irritating." grouses the lord as the weapon appears.

Darfin taps the guard on the shoulder, points downward "Finish the wolf and protect the mercenary. Keep out of the bears way. I'll be close."

He rushes down, behind the bear, moving as far as possible from spiritual weapon. He knows the limit of spells and this one is slow. While it is true it can hit others as well as himself he needs to cast spells. And he does so, his form shimmering within the blue flames surrounding him.

OOC: It would be nice to know if orc battlemaster is paralyzed before all this - it makes more sense to attack him if he is than to move.

Free: speech
Move: AD41
Action: Cast Cold shield (resist fire and anyone hitting him in melee takes 2d8 cold damage)

Guards are not happy with this rushing off, but at least the lord is behind everyone.
The fallen guard gets up and stabs at the wolf, but the wily beast just won't go down. It is on the defensive, surrounded and with the bear so close.

The other guards looks down from above the creature and stabs it just as it moves to avoid his colleagues weapon.

Guard1:
Move: stand up
Attack: Spear attack; damage: 1D20+3 = [7]+3 = 10; 1D6+1 = [1]+1 = 2 - MISS

Guard2:
Move: wherever possible to hit the wolf (possibly not needed)
Action: Spear attack; damage: 1D20+3 = [15]+3 = 18; 1D6+1 = [4]+1 = 5 HIT for 5

Seeing that the bear was handling the situation well, Dandin veered off towards the wolf and attempted to stab it. Unfortunately, his balance was off from coming down the hill and his blade cut through the air instead of flesh.

Legend
Angis called encouragement after Escella, but was not able to watch her progress as he moved in to help Vairar with the wolf. The terrain was steep, damp, and slippery, and the wolf jumped back as the dwarf stumbled. Finally, the two elf guards moved in as well, and with the four of them surrounding it, one of the guards was finally able to dispatch the beast.

Escella swam across the river and pulled herself out on the half-built rock-dam. She saw the orc, far away now and running, and sent a blast of eldritch energy after him, which shattered the branch on a nearby tree. The orc ducked past the tree and kept on running, determined to do his duty.

Titus decided it was better to keep away from the bear, and he cut the nearby orc while blocking its axe with his shield. The bear reared up, and it looked like it would swipe at Titus from the side as the nobleman moved away, but Dandin shouted and the bear dropped back down and lumbered forward, taking a few half-hearted chomps in the orc's direction. Seeing the bear for the obvious threat it was, two more orcs moved in and (much to Dandin's dismay) they wounded the bear badly with their axes.

Down behind the cliff, on the floodplain, Tommi and the one-eyed orc traded blows; Jynn's boy managed to score a long bloody scar across the orc's chest; in return, the orc plunged his spear deep into the lad's thigh. Morwen pounced on the orc's head from behind, and ORB5 lit him up with a bright shock of electricity that left his hair on-end, and gave Tommi, Morwen, and the orb itself the chance to pull back as the orc recovered.

Sir Darfin moved forward, drawing his sword and empowering himself with a warding spell. Vairar turned on the sword-wielding orc and tried to hold him in place with his magic, but the swordsman broke free and hammered his sword onto Vairar's shield. An orc climbed up onto the large boulder that Escella had jumped from, which gave him an overhead view of the field, and he threw a javelin into the shoulder of one of the elf guards. The steep slope was crowded and rang with the sounds of battle.
