Critical Role Is Critical Role Scripted (behind the scenes)

There are moments that feel pre planned

Season 1 -the broom. The cast member wanted to fly so it happened

For the most it was just excellent dming and there’s improv which doesn’t exist in most home games

I mean, the number of times I've heard people talk about having lots of groups they DM for, yet when asked where they live it's always "on the East Coast" is laughable. The amount of times I've heard someone claim they run combats in ten minutes, but when I ask for a video, they say, "no one is comfortable being filmed" is laughable as well. Whereas I, on the other hand, have always stated the exact city in which I live and placed video for people to see. Do you know why? Because I am not trying to hide or lie about anything.

I think in many cases this is a bit much of an ask. Given how common its become for people to be harassed because of some online group of yahoos, being too generous with one's personal information is not the best idea, whether you care about it or not. Nor do you have the right to demand people to make videos of their gaming proceedings.

That does not mean you otherwise need to believe what they say--I remain skeptical about any number of things I see on line--but there's a bit overly much of an unreasonable moral high ground in this paragraph, and the fact you're willing to do what you ask in no way changes that.
