I assume that people are posting from home or posting from work in order to avoid working. But, with today's technology, people could be posting from ANYWHERE doing ANYTHING.
With a wireless network & a laptop you could be taking a bath while posting. Current cell phones allow people to surf the web, so you could be at the mall telling me you find my gastro-intestonal distress offensive (when it happens, I find it pretty offensive too).
Heck, as I type this I could be at a clothing optional beach in the Carribbean. OK, if I was ANY beach in the Carribbean and then spent my time exponitionally increasing my cell phone bill to post on these forums would be a symptom of someone in dire need of help; but I COULD do it.
Of these thousands of people who read/post here every day; just imagine what they are DOING and how they are APPEARING as they post. I mean face-to-face, even voice-to-voice you still get some idea of what the person on the other end is doing. Via internet, you can't even by SURE someone is who they say they are, let alone what they are doing.
I mean I could be at work, or I could be in some seedy motel asking if the not-so-nice, nor-so-young woman takes American Express & if I could call her Diaglo.
