Magic scroll case?

A player in our group is interested in a scroll case that allows him to pull out a scroll without using a move action. He says he saw it in a WotC book but he can't remember where. I know I've seen a potion belt that does something like this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Ah, that explains why I couldn't find it. I don't own any Eberron books and this player has played in Eberron. That must be why he knew of the item.

Out of curiousity, any chance you could type the description of the item? I'm just wondering what it actually does.

It's not OGL, so I can't help you. If you go to your local gaming store, you should be able to find a copy and look through it there.

My FLGS had 7 copies of MoE last I looked, nearly a year after it came out.

Surely you can type out the description of a magic item. In your own words if you have to. I'm not interested in it's stats, cost, caster level, or any of that. I'm merely interested in knowing what this item does.

I don't think you'll be arrested for doing this and saving me a drive to Barnes & Nobles ;)

It stores 50 spell scrolls and allows you to pull one same as a weapon (move action or free with movement).

About as useful as a Handy Haversack (which is OGL).
