MD-VA-DC Game Day - 10/2/04: Crunch Time Approaches - Volunteers Needed!

This will be my first one, so best have me as Player only.
I really only know D&D 3.5 and D20 Star Wars, so I'd prefer one of those.

Since right now I can not go to Gen Con I am REALLY looking forward to this game day!!!!

Another thought is that we should have perhaps one or two people willing to be back-up GMs/DMs, especially during the AM slot, in case another DM doesn't show up. Can keep a little game on hand so that the group without a DM can have some rat bastard nastiness to still face.

Just a little something that I think someone mentioned before that could be useful. I'd be willing to take the back-up slot for the AM while being a player in the PM. Not a biggie ot me.

Please move me to the AM slot and change my game to a "Grim Tales/3.5 Hybrid"...

Also, we will definitely plan on a couple of back-up DMs. I am also going to suggest that each DM bring an extra pre-generated character to handle over-flow and last minute.

UPDATE! GAME DATE SET - 9/25/04 - UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND (COLLEGE PARK)

I won't be able to make it. I am going to the beach that week and won't be getting back until sometime on the 26th. No worries, I'll catch the next one. I hope you all have one heck of a good time. I was hoping to get to meet some of you, but no such luck. Maybe I'll be able to hook up with some local gamers another time. I'd still love to get into the ocasional local game.

Sorry guys, I finally got a job which means I spend less time on the boards. But yes, as far as I know, we have the room. I should get confirmation tomorrow, friday at the latest. We've had to wait for all of the paperwork to funnel through the SGA. Rest assured, I am still here.
