From his position on top of the three story building, The Ten Foot Pole is able to see a lone man who is dressed in a dark suit standing in the shade of a black van that is parked on the third floor of the parking structure.



The police car rounds the corner and speeds towards the intersection closest to Ten Foot Pole's position as the plaza's lone cop takes a position behind one of the cement pylons.

"What was in those? Are they instructions for an assassin?" Keiko notices that the surveillance truck is starting to leave the parking space.

Mr. TV opens the white envelop and finds that it contains five $100 bills, and a card. Printed on the card is the following message:
"You receive the rest of the payment at the completion of the job. Your target and ammunition is in the manila envelope."

Terrance opens up the manila envelope to find a photograph, and a small metallic case.

Nocturna's visual display feedback: Several cop cars are traveling down the street (on the other side of the city hall). Several of the side streets are quickly being blocked by the police. At the police department, Swat officers are starting to fill into Salton City's PD's only visible SWAT truck.

Michelle puts on her earwig communicator. Noctura, I'd like you to get as close as possible to the SWAT team and switch on your audio mode. When you do also start te record all video and audio information.

*Static* All units in the vicinity of Heritage Plaza you are advised to go on high alert. We have received word of suspicious activities in the parking lot near the City Hall and in the vicinity of the Wellington Building.
*Static* This is Patrolman Baker, I have a visual on unidentifiable suspect.. He has taken up a position on top of Wellington Building.
*Static* Patrol Car 04 do you have a visual?
Affirmative. The anarch suspect is on top of the building... He is huge and spindly.
*Static* Repeat that description.
*Static* He is tall... at least 9 feet in height. How should I proceed?
*Static* With caution. Establish a perimeter and wait for SWAT. Patrol Car 02 what is your status?
*Static* I'm still wrapping things up here at Benny's Road House... The vigilante Anarchs responsible for subduing the members of Round Street Knights are at large.
*Static* Is there any foot or bicycle patrols in the area that are able to respond?
*Static* This is Patrolman Jenkins. I'm in the immediate vicinity.
*Static* Patrolman Jenkins, hold your position and wait for further orders.

Nocturna, walk away from swat. When you are out of their visual perimeter go to flight mode and haul your little butt over to Ten Foot pole and relay this message; Ten Foot Pole, this is Michelle, you've been spotted by SWAT and the whole group is indicated in larcenous activities.

Michelle turns her attention to the rest of the remaining group. Guys, we're in trouble. I'm guessing that thanks to Sven receiving that 'package' we are now suspected of being indicted in larcenous activities. SWAT is onto us and they have officer nearby to us on alert, awaiting further instructions.

Nocturna flew towards the Ten Foot Pole and began to play the message: Ten Foot Pole, this is Michelle, you've been spotted by SWAT and the whole group is indicated in larcenous activities.

Terrence speaks into his headset "I hope these are the ones with private channels, now we either got something we weren't supposed to and was meant for someone else or we got something that was meant for us and has been set up to frame us, I'm willing to bet the second as $500 is not much of a payment even half payment to be involved with something like this, so just to be on the safe side I reckon we keep out of the police's grasp for today at least and try and see when the real hitman, stroke hitmen turn up"
Terrence trys to pop open the metal box expecting to see some reasonably high caliber bullets inside

Michael is looking out over the area, and finally spots something worth mentioning.

"Hey guys, there's a shady looking character in the parking garage, 3rd floor. Maybe someone should take a look."

Then over the headset, Nocturna's message can be heard in the background.

"SWAT? What? I didn't do anything!"

He looks down and notices the police car nearing his area.

"Dammit. This never would have happened in Poland!"

He starts making his way down the building, taking great leaping strides and bouncing off of his impacts into long curving arcs. He aims for the side of the building away from the police car, and tries to lose himself among the buildings.

The bullets (4 total) are all high caliber rounds made of a dull colored metal the almost seems to sucks the colors from anything that touches it.
