OK as combat is coming closer I thought I would note my "plan" with M&M. Normally I like the players to make all their rolls but for M&M there can be a lot of rolls that are dependent that can come all in the same round.
For example if someone tries to first Startle (Intimidate) feint, there is a roll to resist it and if you fail they gain some bonus that round in their attack roll against you. Instead of waiting for the hero to make his Will (or Intimidate, etc.) roll before making the enemy Attack roll, I am generally going to make all these rolls for the characters. Toughness saves will generally be player characters but many other in combat that MIGHT delay the game (as PBP are already really slow) I am going to make.
The player character ALWAYS has the option of spending a Hero Die to re-roll a failed save that I had made, taking the better result. If this affects or cancels a later affect its all good I can edit.
