Permanent effects cannot have Alternate Effects, nor can they be Alternate Effects (since they can’t be turned on and off).

That being said; Senses in an array is cheezy.

Hex's 'manifest soul' power works kind of like that. A bunch of enhanced attributes that are bought sustained in an array. Of course, they're mostly useful if she gets cornered in melee, which she really tries to avoid so...hehe.
