One from my campaign....

Primal Reflex
Transmutation
Level Drd 3, Rgr 4
Components V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Touch
Target: One creature
Duration: 1 round/level
Saving Throw: Fortitude negates (harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless)

This spell allows the target creature to act more swiftly, if not a great deal more impulsively. The subject is constantly checking his or her surroundings, waiting for a strike to come, and is very twitchy. This grants the subject an extra move-equivalent action, but with no full round actions permitted (the spell’s target can’t focus on any one thing long enough). The target does gain a +6 dodge bonus to AC vs Attacks of Opportunity, and is never considered flatfooted. However there is a cost, a -4 dodge penalty to Concentrate checks and the target may not cast any spells that have a casting time of greater than 1 action.

The material component is the spine of any animal that died after being chased.
 

Hehehe. We've got nearly 1,000 spells; they're going be put into print in the form of three books: Arcane Strife (arcane spells), Divine Stife (divine spells), and Legendary Spellcasters of Shtar (Shtar is our campaign world; these are all spells created by legendary spellcasters, and the vast majority are named). The good news is they'll be out soon; the bad news is they will all be huge (of course, that's good if you really like spells).

We have such fun spells as energy bolt, net of shadows, and fly like a rock (Arcane); osseus eruptus, the dreaded iron cross (a favorite of blackguards everwhere), and renew the earth (Divine), and cool things like Fallstaff's gang of ninjas, IV's fire and brimstone, and Nomak's carnivorous wildlife. (Yes, the characters who helped developed Shtar were really into killing each other in new and inventive ways; not all the spells are "rip 'em limb from limb," though.)

A missile of shimmering, intertwined, multicolored light darts forth from your fingertips and unerringly strikes its target. Each missile has a different power. Each missile strikes a creature with a different random effect.
Each missile has a specific color, and on occation a missile will have an admixed color (two mixed colors) that causes the effects of both mixed colors.
The missile strikes unerringly, even if the target is in melee or has anything less than total cover or concealment. Specific parts of a creature can't be singled out. Inanimate objects are not damaged by the spell.
You can have each missile strike a different creature, or several missiles can strike a single creature. A single missile can strike only one creature. You must designate targets before you roll for SR or roll damage.

Muteness
Same as Blindness/Deafness, but renders the subject mute, i.e. only able to grunt, but not capable of vocal speech (and therefore incapable of casting spells with vocal components).

If you're only looking for names, some of these are just spell-variants - I allow flavor changes of spells for more interesting spell casting. Our characters are only 6th level, so the number of unique spells they have are a bit shorter than some of the lists above.
