Some comments:

Kirru-lamra: can this be used by monks? The description hints it.

Shielded Double Spear: I like this idea. +1 AC and a decent double weapon. A nice alternative to longsword/bladed shield.

Elven Thickblade: 1d8 19-20/x3 would make it the most powerful one-handed weapon in the game when combined with strength and magic damage bonuses. Perhaps 1d8 20/x4?

20/x3 = 10% extra damage
19-20/x2 = 10% extra damage
20/x4 = 15% extra damage
18-20/x2 = 15% extra damage
19-20/x3 = 20% extra damage
