Nevermind. It cannot be done.

Prove me wrong, and that would be nice. Because this is, quite frankly, plainly disgusting...
I nick-named this concept "Semper Fractus"

This is a 20th level halfling character.
Fighter5/Rogue5/Psychic Warrior3/Monk7.
Stats
Str 13
Dex 18
Con 10
Int 10
Wis 13
Cha 18
Feats
Metal Leap
Ambidexterity
Two-Weapon Fighting
Speed of Thought
Monkey Grip (Heavy Lance)
Quick Draw
Weapon Specialization (Heavy Lance)
Psionic Charge
Signature Skill (Iajitsu Focus)
Mantis Leap
Ride-by Attack
Spirited Charge
Two skills matter here...
Jump +24
Iaijitsu Focus +27
Weapons
Two +5 Heavy Lances
The Idea
The halfling, wielding a heavy lance in each hand, jumps at an opponent 20 feet away, which counts as a charge. He attacks, with both lances, for the first charge. Thanks to Ride-by, he can move after the attack, which he does - then performs two 90-degree turns, and does the whole thing again. And then again.
The nifty thing here is that, if the opponent is flat-footed, then you have a possibility of +11d6 points of damage. +3d6 is guaranteed, thanks to the rogue levels, but there is anywhere between +1d6 to +8d6 because of Iaijitsu Focus. So long as the opponent is flat-footed (and if he is for the first run, then he will be for the second and third), then this happens again. And again.

Is this possible? I can clarify some things if needed, but I think that you can get the idea from what I've written above.
