Hey mercucio mate!
You can create an etheric double and move it (instead of yourself) just by concentrating. Your double then acts as roving eyes and ears.
If you take actions that round then the etheric double can't move.

RE: Denying Dex bonuses to AC for Skill Portfolio
That is a terrible idea. Perhaps negate non-inherent bonuses granted to Dex (i.e. from items, spells, drugs/alchemical items, ect) but its just too rude otherwise. You'd sneak attack an opponent every attack (assuming double Skill), which you normally have as a cosmic ability (Underhanded). I like rogue's, I like sneak attack, but the synergy offered by such is just too good.

how about denying Evasion/Improved Evasion?

You can get around the Sneak Attack issues easily by turning it from a denial into a bonus. Give the Immortal a bonus to hit equal to the opponent's DEX modifier. That cancels out the opponent's AC bonus from DEX, but doesn't cause said opponent to be vulnerable to Sneak Attacks or other similar effects.

This sounds suspiciously like the Ethereal Agent psionic power (it's 5th level for both Psion/Wilders and Lurks) that was introduced in Complete Psionic. Whether or not that's intentional, you should probably be aware of the similarity for balance issues, if not for potential copyright troubles as well.

Hey guys!
Its like Astral Projection, only ethereal.
Well I don't own Complete Psionic and have never heard or read anything about that power.
They would have a devil of a time challenging me on the matter since I took the idea straight out of my occult encyclopedia.
