D&D 5E Next years 50th Anniversary Adventure Speculation

My theory is Vecna will try to enable a plan involving all its Obelisks we saw in the different adventures.
The party will start at Sigil and try to stop Vecna's plan one obelisk at a time.
The obelisks will try to revert the timeline of the different settings, so we'll rediscover the different place we went in this edition but in the past casting a new light on the different adventures (like living the events which started the curse of Strahd, discover Mezro before its destruction, etc).

I agree that there will be some world-hopping, but I highly doubt that licensed properties like Wildemount (or Rick & Morty or Stranger Things) will be involved.

My (likely forlorn) hope is an expanded Re-visit of Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth alongside Temple of Tharizdun in a super-adventure.

Actually, I kinda hope for a Greyhawk campaign release next year. It's a shame Greyhawk wasn't opened up to DMs Guild when Saltmarsh was released.

They can set it wherever they like in the Realms; I'll be moving it straight to Greyhawk!
