If I understand correctly, unless Danuba blasts Shatner below -10, there will be a round before the body is teleported out and the dispel hits, right? The timing of when Danuba should expect the dispel to hit is rather important for her continued health.

If Shatner does not die, then it is more like a half-round of delay, because he will be teleported out as soon as it is his turn and it is determined he can't take any actions.

If Shatner does die and Danuba does not specify the MEA now, the dispel takes place immediately, the new combatant enters, and Danube loses the MEA. She cannot react to the results of the breath that quickly before the new combatant enters.

When a combatant wins a battle, the combatant is momentarily teleported out of the arena so it is not affected by the greater dispel magic that hits the Victory Zone, then teleported back to the same spot.

That statement is true only if the combatant is inside the VZ.

OK That makes sense, because if the combatant is not in the VZ, the dispelling would not affect it anyway.
