Aegorus can't reach with his claws, but hits four times for 67+20. NC has 225 hp left.

NC hits with his bite and a wing for 31-10.

Aegorus heals 2 hp and starts round 345 with 413 hp.

No Chance is fine with time compression. He will take full attacks until he can use breath weapon, and will try the same strength breath weapon as his first one.

Aegorus will retaliate with a Full Attack with Power Attack+10.
Time Compress, but if less than 4 attacks hit, back down Power Attack by 2 each time until he gets back to getting 4 out of 6 or better, with a minimum Power Attack of +5.

"Allow me to demonstrate..." thwack! thwack! slash!

Seriously? A dragon over Juvenile without Power Attack? Then again, it might not help with Aegorus's higher AC anyway.

Secret stuff just for Greybar:[sblock]To prove how serious I am, here is a list of No Chance's feats: Alertness, Blind-Fight, Flyby Attack, Wingover, Improved Natural Attack (bite), Powerful Charge, Heighten Breath, Maximize Breath & Improved Speed. So far, No Chance has used the two feats in bold, with no chance of using any of the others.[/sblock]

Round 345: Aegorus hits six times, including a wing to the franistan. Total damage is 105+60. NC has 60 hp left. Aegorus enters the Hall of Fame! :)

NC misses six times.

Round 346: Aegorus heals to 415 hp and hits five times for 70+50.

Next for NE in round 346: a jungle landwyrm. (Draconomicon)

A huge, wingless, hateful, green dragon with red and yellow splotches appears at 85N40E. Tarzan tries to push Aegorus to the east (provoking an AoO), hopefully pushing him all the way to the trees eventually so that Tarzan has somewhere to hide.
